DiEHL Toyota Service Centre Vs. Yaris

This blog entry is Czar's notes regarding his experience in fixing a Yaris. At this time I strongly discourage the service of a Toyota Yaris at DiEHL Toyota (Aka DiEHL Moter Company Inc. 1900 Whiteford Rd, York, PA 17402). A request to fix the ABS and breaks has resulted in visiting the service centre not once, but multi-times (and counting) for the same issue.

  • Requested for the case to be settle by the Toyota Customer Experience Centre after been abused by DiEHL's service centre manager Alan Pearson re 717-718-4704
  • Update Friday, June 27 2008 at 03:25 PM EST: Received a phone call from Dick Cody (DiEHL service manager re; 717-718-4729) and instructed him to speak w/ the Toyota case manager to help resolve this issue.
  • Update Friday, June 27 2008 at 04:44 PM EST: Received a phone call from Dave Trivin (re; 717-718-4705) at DiEHL regarding my Monday appointment. Now the part (wheel speed sensor) has gone into 'back-order' and I'm waiting at least another week or more...
  • Update Monday, June 30 2008 at 03:04 PM EST: Christi Gohn (800.331.4331 #73181) & Serena Unknown (supervisor) from Toyota Customer Service returned my call regarding my experience. There solution was to wait and give them another chance...
  • Update Wednesday, July 02 2008 at 12:13 PM EST: Received a phone call from Christi at Toyota customer service to inform me that DiEHL has received the speed wheel sensor and will try again to install it.
