Asian Territory Access Allower, [...] With this hack, the Korean and Japanese servers are also allowed to be accessed. This way if either Japan or Korea has the favor of the gods, you can go to their servers, find a group and do FoW or Underworld there, too!
FoW Armor Disguise, [...] What this hack does is disguises whatever armor you're wearing and makes it look like Fissure of Woe armor! Every player in the game is going to mesmorized and ask how the heck you managed to afford an entire FoW armor setup.
Auto Mana/Life Leech, [..] For every point of damage you deal, you will get 300 health and 300 mana, making you virtually invincible. Unlike the mods on weapons, however, this actually works with ANY attack in the game including spells and it actually works on health degeneration spells. [...] We tried to make a god mode hack but found out other people that said they made them are just lying - this is the best possible thing you can have.

I figure some poor sap Googled "Guild Wars Hack" and might have found that site, or this one. Don't trust it. ;-)

Hahaha, yeah... i did in
Hahaha, yeah... i did in fact google "Guild Wars Hack'. (Well, i use Dogpile search engine which in my opinion is better,) but yeah. Anyway, me also, a curious game hacker just searching around to see if they really had hacks online for the game. But yeah, i wouldn't download anything. Especially like that, thanks for the tip though i guess.
Anyway, would hacking Guild Wars be that difficult? It seems everything loaded on the game, loads from your computer, and if you could just hack into that and switch around the things, then wouldn't the game load with those things and poof? Instant Hack?
Eh... i'm not sure, i'm not really even a good game hacker, just curious lol.
All of the guild wars
All of the guild wars character profiles (items, stats, xp, etc...) are stored on arena net servers, yes we could switch which items load on OUR computers but all that would do is change how we "see" the items, it might look (to us) like a fellblade with max dmg, but it is still only going to do the same dmg as the item you replaced it with, also other players will still see the item as what it is as you have not told their computers to render a fellblade instead of a ... eh (insert sword name here). So if you want to make your personal gaming expierience better than, sure, go ahead. Also all you would have to do is swith names around in the "video CD movie" file where all the game data is convieniently stored, so when the game renders a "long bow" it would render a "storm bow" because the names had been changed, once again this will only appear on your computer and will effect gameplay none. Most mmos store their data on their own server for this very reason, to change your character data would require "hacking" into their servers, which is a tad more illegal than simply switching names around on your computer.
Does this mean that there is
Does this mean that there is not way to Hack (In a way that afects gameplay) Guild Wars other than Hacking the Servers?
Yes that is correct
I've personally gone in with a memory editor and played around some, I was able to give myself 5000 skill points and a billion faction but thats only the values I see and none of them were sucessful
Yes guild wars is possible to hack.
Guild wars is possible to hack, but,in order to do so, you would need (An game hosting server) or any server of the sort. Then to find out the IP of Anet's Guild wars server host, aswell as change it to (backup computer) They would trace your main and make sure you never play Anet games again
Impossible? I think not
Ok so i was a curious little monkey myself and wanted to know...."Can i get infinate platinum bars????" well to my suprise the numbers changed when i was using this old hex changer called artmoney...... but then it locked me out of any transactions that deal with money untill i logged off and logged back on which it took alot longer to log back on because they were loading the previous information............But what i dont understand is... how do they know someone didnt give you 40k???? i mean the value changes then..... a transaction of sorts... no different than changing it yourself..... but i dont think it is totally impossible to hack this game .....and comrades when i find a way it will be posted.
Money
Now guys it is obviously possible to hack guildwars think of all the websites that sell guildwars gold and we all know that area net doesnt just hand them over gold and tell them to sell it and for another definite thing they dont make the money through playing it would take to long and people dont sell their money to them. Theres away to hack it besides hacking their server...
they dont have hacks to get money...
Lmfao they have like 7 diff gw accounts maybe 3 computers and they run bots on those computers 24/7 then they transfer all the gold from their bots to their main character and there you go they've got a shitload of gold
I know a hacker. :)
One of my friends in the HP guild is a hacker. He's hacked several accounts, including nightfall, prophecies, and factions, but I think that's all that he can hack (accounts)
I know a better hacker...
i know a hacker who has gotten into the source codes for guild wars and altered the memory files on the A-net servers, he went from lvl 4 to lvl 20 in seconds, plus he had a full set of dragonscale armor with superior runes, over 800 health, 120 mana, and 2.5 billion gold... hacking guild wars is possible by all means, but not highly recommended.
ive been working on a hack u
ive been working on a hack u dont have to what so ever enter the servers and change the account around. no for instance i got some money in my account i have a program searchs for say 130 in all of guils wars then filters it to just the 130 coints then u can edit the value to how much money u want. easy but took me awhile to come up with it.

It IS possible to hack
It IS possible to hack guildwars, using packet editors, but it is hard, since it is on arena net...
Local, fine. Server, no.
You can alter the local content all you want. Simply get your favorite hex editor and disassembler and go at it. You can do all sorts of fun stuff, like give yourself 1337 hp, 666 energy, etc. However, this is all client-side, and thus does not reflect what ANet calculates on their server. So it'll display that, but the master server at ANet, which is the one that matters, still thinks you have 100hp and 20 energy. And they trust their servers more than the data they receive from you.
Now, you could edit the packets as they go between the server and the game client. There are a few problems with this, however. One, it's against the rules, but I'm assuming people don't care about that. Two, like most MMOs, ANet encrypts their data packets. Without knowing the encryption, or at least how the packets are structured, you can't do jack besides get yourself kicked out of the server with an err=10 (bad network packet) error.
So yes, you can play with local stuff and have fun making interesting screenshots. It's a good way to waste a few hours. But you won't get anywhere with regards to editing your character.
P.S. Somebody above said something about why the gold change was detected... here's why. ANet doesn't let gold values randomly change. There has to be a trade, or you have to pick it up. Some event has to happen. I'm also willing to bet that they do a check to make sure everything fits. (For example, you trade 10g to Bob for his Rusty Short Sword. They'll check to make sure that A. bob receives his sword, and B. you don't pick up 50k in the transaction.)
Good post. If you want, you
Good post. If you want, you can check out my site for Guild Wars Cheats, Dupes, Exploits and Hacks http://www.exploitsrus.com/gw.html

No...
Actually i searched guild wars renders...lol no idea how this got up (^.^)
Why?
Why would you want to hack Guild Wars? I'm level 20, have beaten the Prophecies Campaign, have 400k gold, am an officer in a sizable and growing guild, and have never even considered hacking. I've owned the game for less than two months. Hacking would just ruin the fun of the game, even if you could do it. Guy above me has 'hacks' that most likely modify local data and carry keyloggers so he can go ahead and sell your Guild Wars account using one of his bot accounts for game money. Sounds like a good idea to me. Play the game, don't hack it.
I myself have used MANY hacking programs on GW
I have tried hacking GW via Tsearch, Cheat Engine, word extractors, packet editors, and hex editors. None of them work. it's like that guy said, it shows the value on your screen but it's not actually true. even if i manage to get my hp to 10,000, if someone were to do 34 damage to you it converts to 3,400 to compensate!
Uh....the value of my platinum
Ive read some of these posts....
If i change the value of my platinum...then go to trade with someone....i give them 40platinum....but i only have 3plat, will they accept the 40plat, and end up with 3plat?
I have 3plat with me...i change to 40plat...they accept my imaginary 40plat, i have the item...they realise they have 3plat....will that work??
im confused :D
Problem Hacking GuildWars
See the problem that guild wars permits to all of those people out there that think they are Super 1337, is that Guild Wars is not just a gamefile hack. NCSoft keeps all the guild wars information about your character (etc.) Server Side. That means that you are not allowed to just go to program files and find what you need to manipulate. You actually would have to have direct access to that server. I would try that. This is why you cant hack guild wars!
Re: Guild Wars Hacks, GWJSP
Yeah, my computer broke a while back and I had to send it off to get fixed. Someone must have hacked into my account, because when I got the computer back, my PvP character, who I had just started, was now level 20! lol, it was fine by me, 'coz now I was level 20 without doing anything!
So..
Someone hacked your account, levelled your character, and didn't change the pass? >>
When it got back, it was lvl 20!!1!
It was PvP. (like you said). They START at level 20.
Re: I know a better hacker...
Pretty good considering you can only hold 900k in vault and 90k on a player...gee...still doesnt come close to two billion. 100% full of crap.
not how it works -__-
seems damn obvious,
for money, the gw people give it to these big sites, and the big sites give them a slice of "teh actionz" or as i like to call it " teh munnyz " obviously how it works -__-
USE COMMON SENSE!
i dont get it
ok,ok...wait!
sooo you can only hack like the server your on and change the numbers but it won't change the value since the value thing is on the main GW client or something? what if you just hack the GW main server client thing through your own branch?
(im not a computer genius or anything so help me out here!!!)
one question
if your in a trade or something and you change the item the other guy is giving you to something else, will he see or will you be the only one?
eh...
You can't modify how much cash you have, and here is why. Guild Wars has an in game economy system, as do all other MMOs that use "money" to trade, or purchase items. At any point in the game, the amount of money that has been created in game is logged to the server. So, if "Rangeku Mitisiki*" has 23k, the server will know him to only have 23k. If he goes out to kill monsters, and said monster dropped 123gp**, then the server will add 123gp to his account, but not to his money value. However, when and if he picks up the 123gp, then the money will be added to his account, and the temporary "map value" will be terminated.
Aside from that, you can look at it like you would look at a baseball game, from the batters point of view. The batter throws the ball, but right before it hits the bat, is replaced with a softball to make hitting it easier... hitting it would be the same as making in-game currency, and turning it into the softball would be making the value bigger. From there, you hit it back to the pitcher (server.) Now, if the server trusts the batter (client,) it can continue the game with the softball. However, if the pitcher doesn't trust the batter, it can replace the ball, or, it can either terminate the process altogether, (and end up disconnecting you,) and even yet, terminate the process, and send an error log to the company, (alert the umpire,) which will get you banned, and, can get a lawsuit placed apon you. (In the baseball game, it would be cheating, and you can get sued for it, and in the game, it can be trespassing... and even an attempted hacking.)
I wouldn't try it, I would just play the game. Although I do enjoy hacking offline games that I play... Can have some interesting results.

Good Luck...
I've played GW, Lineage, and Lineage 2 (all MMOs by NCSoft) since their releases. I use to think the same thing but then I started playing World of Warcraft (A Blizzard Entertainment product and currently the dominant MMORPG across the globe). Both companies have games filled with "Farmers" (Teams of Bots run on multiple computers monitored by few, if not a single person) and both have site after site of gold/adena(Lineage currency) vendors.
So you say that these sites exist because these companies are getting a piece of the pie? Please explain to me why a company such as Blizz would need that money when they make approx. $1,440,000,000 per year in WoW subscriptions alone.
I don't know exactly how much money NCSoft is making, but it's probably somewhere between $9,000,000 - $14,000,000 per year off Lineage 2 subscriptions alone (or perhaps even tens or hundreds of millions of dollars more than my estimates, i don't know). Not to mention that CoH (City of Heroes), CoV (City of Villains), and Lineage 1 are all still hauling in cash as well off their subscriptions.
Based off this knowledge, I find it hard to believe that MMO companies are really participating in the sales of their games' currency.
As for the subject on hacking...
The only real hacks you can perform on MMOs these days are speed hacks. Programs such as Cheat Engine can increase the speed of the application (such as GW). The game will then send co-ordinates to the server more rapidly based on the way the game is programmed, and the server will register your character as moving faster. Unfortunately this is an incredibly easy thing to detect and most servers have applications that will automatically detect a discrepancy in the data they receive and will flag the user for surveillance.
As has been stated before, the only way to actually hack Guild Wars would be to access the servers themselves. To do so would require a hacking genius and would be highly illegal. So unless you're a hacker who can outsmart NCSoft's Security Team, or you feel like spending a few years in prison over some equipment or stats, I would highly suggest abandoning your attempts to hack the game.
(Note: I used a program called L2Walker on Lineage 2 for approximately 2 years. It's a bot program that takes control of your character and hunts for you. Over the course of those 2 years, i was able to attain enough Adena to purchase the top gear in the game, power leveling from 60 - 75 (which was max lvl at the time. Don't know what it is now, i stopped playing once Ebay stopped selling virtual merchandise), and enough money to buy my current vehicle ($5200). Keep in mind that Bots are only detectable by software specifically designed to locate and report such programs (such as Blizzard's 'Warden' program). Other than that a GM must confirm that your character is indeed run by a 3rd party program which is hard for them to do unless the user is cocky and leaves their character for too long.)
I hope this clarifies the MMO hacking situation for many of you.

Yep..
Other than what was mentioned directly above me, the only other way would to be in 100% complete control of packet transfer (which if you can do that, you would better be spending your times as top dog of a computer gaming, or generally any computer programing company).
Re: Uh....the value of my platinum
once you edit the value of moeny you can do nothing with it you cant buy/sell/trade/bank or anything. And after a while your client will crash.
Re: Yep..
I find it odd that hackers would think you could do it. Bot's yes, we've all made bots for MUDS, MOOS, MMORPG's But here is a simple lesson on the structure of true OLG.
The software on your system is a client app.
All information like (Player exp/gold/location/level) is on a database server.
If you wanted to make a cheat (Excluding bots) You would need a Private Server.
Your character will not transfer from a private server to the reg servers, true with WoW too. A packet Sniffer would do nothing. You could make a script to auto loot, or replace a players actions but NOT server data. It don't work like that. So while your out and thinking of how you could make zillions of gold, you would need to bot or grind it. You are not going to hack the server and make yourself a god. The sanity check is in place on the server.
In summation: If you want to be a god, then Make a server (ie. Hack the client to figure out how the server works, Like mangos did., Or write a new OLG and be the god.
PS: I happen to be a programmer of OLG's *Smiles*
Re: Guild Wars Hacks, GWJSP
guild wars is possible to hack, like any ga,e but not worth the time. all these download sites are fake and idk if GW even has patched. lol. but if u realllllly want to hack check out private servers.
Phew...Lucky
i did just as you said and googled "Guild Wars Hack" but thankfully i visited your page first! Phew, dodged a bullet there :)
Look that
... go to youtube ... taKe the video GUILD WARS MONEY! AND LOOK ....
Re: Guild Wars Hacks, GWJSP
i think hacking is bad... but they should still make it easier to make money it is impossible unless u like farm all day
Re: Guild Wars Hacks, GWJSP
hey does anyone know how to hack a GW account password if you new the persons email address??
Wow, it's amazing how many "hackers" dont understand.
This is not the first site I've come across that argues that you can hack Guild Wars, and other server-sided games. The simple FACT is that no matter what you do, the server-side has the ultimate say. You can try to hack the server but that will definately lead to account termination. If you have some insatiable need to hack a game, find some client-sided crap. And finally, if you want to be a god in the game then get off your lazy asses and work for it. I worked for my FoW armor, skills, money, etc., and it makes the game allot shittier is some person does what you put effort into doing in a matter of seconds. Maybe all these desperate hackers are only doing so because their actual gaming skills are severely lacking. -__- My tip, do it the way your SUPPOSED to!
GW hacks? what the funk
Are you ppl mental or what? Why go out, buy a game, hack it?
Is there a point to this? Apart from the idea that in a CG world you have some sort of advanage over other ppl?
I dont get it, HAVE YOU GOT A LIFE?
Or do you really think you live the life of a rich necromancer.
Re: ive been working on a hack u
Great, you managed to edit local pixels. Note you have still only 17 skill points, while you should have thousants. Absolute proof of the fact that... Applaus... You are 12. Bah.. wish i reas this 18 months ago...
Re: Impossible? I think not
go on youtube and search this vid. guild wars money!
Amout Held
Well I have Nightfall, and i've been a Scythe trader for a while, and that's gotten me up to 120k, and i found i can hold 100k on my character, but i've never seen the limit of the storage account
However, in terms of hacking, the ppl saying that you would need to directly hack the servers are right. the things that ppl try and get you to buy like bots or whatever, cause you to get the money legitimately rather than a real hack. also idk if GW does this or not, but it would be WAY too easy for them to monitor how fast you make the money or get the items, so if they see you making money like crazy, or getting weapons faster than the probability allows, then they could just ban you for a while or even permanently. I've worked with internet providers and the stuff they can see you do on your internet is unbelievable. so it's fair to say GW could easily have something like that to watch for bots and stuff like that.
Re: Re: I know a better hacker...
lol. Actually, yes you can get 2 billion. You can hold 100k on each player, 1 million in your vault, all you need to do is create some charactres in your empty slots, and give them 100k each.
If you run out of character slots, you can buy them in the GW ingame shop
Re: I know a better hacker...
could u find out how
