While the default clock rates on my desktop `get things done` I'd rather milk every megahertz available to me. The default the settings on my system is 8*333Mhz & 800FSB, and i've found that 8*420Mhz & 1008FSB runs quite stable and relatively low heat (as the C2D is already energy efficient).
